I loved the location! It’s just a short 6-7 minute walk from the station, which made getting around super easy. The complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise, and I appreciated how neat my room was despite the small space. Plus, the separated toilet and shower area was a nice touch. Convenient stores and a local ramen spot nearby were a bonus!
But honestly, the self check-in and check-out process felt really impersonal, and I had a hard time getting in touch with staff when I needed help. The rooms were tiny, and my second one wasn’t as clean as the first. The hotel was super busy, so waiting for the elevator was a pain. Not the best experience for someone looking for a little more attention.

I had a pretty good time at this hotel! The location is awesome—just an 8-minute walk to that major station and close to tons of places to eat. The staff were super friendly, and I loved the heated bidet, such a nice touch! Plus, they kept my room clean every day, which is always a win.
But here’s the kicker—my room was way too small; I felt cramped. And don’t get me started on the breakfast situation! Limited choices and the cafe was always packed. Oh, and the elevators? Two of them for the whole hotel means a lot of waiting! Not ideal when you’re in a hurry.

I stayed for three nights while exploring the city, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The hotel featured amazing bed linen and a cozy, warm toilet seat that added a nice touch. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast, especially the rice burgers, and found the self-check-in and out process super convenient. The staff was friendly, and the location was perfect, just a short walk from the station and attractions. Plus, the free lockers and luggage storage service were a huge plus!
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The luggage storage policy was a total pain. We picked this place for its great location, but being told we couldn't leave our bags after check-out really messed up our plans to shop before our flight. Super frustrating!

I had a great stay, especially for the price I paid—the cozy bed and clean room really made a difference. The hotel’s location is fantastic, just a short walk from the station, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Hotel breakfast could use more options for the burgers.

Just a short 6-7 minute walk from Hakata Station, it offered a lovely complimentary breakfast and a surprisingly neat room despite the compact space. The staff were very helpful, arranging our early airport transport and providing free bottled water upon request. With nearby convenience stores and local eateries, including a ramen place, we felt well-catered for. The room's clean bathroom and nice lighting enhanced our relaxation after exploring landmarks like the nearby Kego Shrine and Fukuoka Anpanman Children's Museum, perfect for family bonding. While the room was small and lacked coffee-making facilities, the competitive parking and self-check-in/out added convenience. it was a good choice for our family trip.

We recently stayed at a hotel in the middle of the city. the location was very convenient, with easy access to transport links and many nearby stores. the room was cozy but comfortable, with nice bed linen, a warm toilet seat, and plenty of plugs for electronics. Breakfast was delicious and there were many options to choose from.
There was no luggage storage service provided by the hotel, so we had to find another place to keep our belongings for a few days.
